We are delighted to share the AQUABIOPRO-FIT project results during the final conference. Over two days, we will present new technologies to recover high-quality proteins, fish oil, minerals, and bio-actives ingredients from the European aquaculture and fisheries side stream. These nutrients were subsequently used to produce dietary supplements to improve fitness and health. Researchers will discuss the methods used to recover nutrients from side streams, the optimization of the processing methods for tunicates, and the development of supplements, as well as the outcomes of the clinical trials. This event will be held online on 13 and 14 December 2022.
